2 KILLER PROTEIN RECIPES USING PREDATOR PRO
PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 scoops Predator Pro
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 Tbsp water or Milk of choice
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan/griddle
DIRECTIONS
- Place a nonstick skillet or griddle on the stove over medium heat.
- Combine eggs, protein powder, and baking powder and liquid in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Spray griddle with nonstick spray or grease with butter
- Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, ladle the batter onto the griddle and allow to cook until the bottom side is a light golden brown and bubbles are just beginning to form on the surface of the batter -- usually 2-3 minutes.
- Flip pancakes and cook another 1-2 minutes until the bottom and middle are cooked through.
- Serve with butter and/or sugar free syrup
PROTEIN BAR
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Predator Pro
- 2 cups nut butter
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup liquid sweetener (VitaFiber for low carb, honey, maple syrup for higher carb)
- 2 cups chocolate chips for melting
DIRECTIONS
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir to combine
- Mix nut butter and sweetener in a bowl and microwave for 30-60 seconds to soften the mixture and make it easier to combine
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture and thoroughly combine until you have a uniform mixture
- Pour mixture into baking pan and press to make an even layer
- Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes
- Remove bars from fridge and drizzle with melted chocolate
